Well known local award winning BeeKeeper, Paul Boyle, visited DGS to give a Presentation to interested students, including the Green Schools Group, First Year CSPE students, TY Grow Your Own Students, and a diverse range of other interested students.

The consensus was that it was a most interesting and eye opening talk on the importance of Bees to the well-being of our planet.

Bees are vital to our survival as humans, and we must coexist in harmony with them.

A number of students in 1 Green and 1 Blue CSPE classes are undertaking Projects on Save the Bees.
