09 Mar Day Pupils Canteen (November 2014)
Vinehouse Catering has recently been appointed by the school to operate its new Day Pupil Canteen. Ms Bernie Walsh is the owner/manager and provides the following introduction to the company.
Vinehouse Catering are a locally based catering company set up 5 years ago. Our main objective is to provide the best quality food with varied options at a reasonable price. Our ingredients are sourced locally and we pride ourselves on changing menus to suit our customers (see sample menu). We will encourage healthy eating options.
We have daily staples which include cereals, fruit, juices, pastries, homemade scones, fresh homemade soups, paninis, toasties, sandwiches, rolls, fresh salad plates, hot chicken rolls. We will also have 2 hot lunch options daily all prepared freshly on site and we will have light bites available.
Vinehouse Catering are anxious to take on board suggestions from students, teachers and parents so please do let us have your feedback. We are excited about bringing you a taste of Vinehouse Catering and look forward to getting to know you all.
