The Leaving Cert is one of the most challenging years that a student has for many reasons. Their study schedules now have real consequences. There is an emotional journey around moving on to the next stage of life. The CAO calendar dates punctuate the year. If all of that wasn’t enough, all of the uncertainty that comes with COVID makes the year all the more of a roller coaster that Ireland’s young people must learn how to handle.

We want to do something to help navigate these times for you and therefore, we have invited Susan HayesCulleton to give her guidance and answer your questions all around the Leaving Cert. Susan has twice co-authored “Positive Economics”, the Leaving Cert Economics textbook, hosts our Transition Year Work Experience programme and is the founder of #SavvyTeenAcademy which focuses on careers, communication and confidence.
