Making it a proud day for the school, second place was awarded to Wood U like. All 4 DGS mini-companies did themselves and the school proud on the day.
Well done to George, and his Business Studies teacher, Ms Doherty, to all the First Year Business Studies teachers, and First Year mini-company co-ordinator, Ms Babington.
TY mini-companies, Gifts Galore and Rexon, competed in the Senior category, and did themselves proud.
The next big event coming up is the Annual Dundalk Cross-Border Enterprise Trade Fair in the Marshes SC Dundalk on April 14th.
This event is organised annually by DGS. The TY Events Management Team, in conjunction with TY Enterprise Teachers, are working hard in preparation for this day.
A good participation by schools in Co Louth, and Northern Ireland, is expected, with the support of Dundalk Chamber of Commerce, and the Marshes SC.
