Transition Year company “BitterSweet” competed in the national final of the “Get up and Go” mini company competition on 7th April 2011 in the Osprey Hotel Naas. The company makes and sells handmade chocolate and were delighted to be awarded second place in the presentation category of the awards.
Mandy Leung, Victoria Lewis, Ciaran Walsh and Niamh Donaghy are pictured at their stand with their second place award. The team did brilliantly to receive an award, as they were up against 26 other companies who had all been selected from regional finals to compete in the national final. Well done to all four students!
