11 Dec Boys Soccer Update
Congratulations to the U-19 boys soccer team who have qualified for the semi-finals of the FAIS North East Division Two competition.
The boys topped their league group with two wins from two games. They now await the winners of Balbriggan CS/Athboy CS.
The semi-final will be played in early January.
There was heartbreak for the U-17 boys who despite finishing joint second in their qualification group were knocked out on head to head record.
They finished with a win a draw and a loss.
The team was very youthful being made up mostly of 3rd years which bodes well for next year’s campaign.
First year boys soccer will start in the Summer term and training for other year groups will continue after Christmas.
