Students from Dundalk Grammar School who sat their Leaving Certificate examinations in June returned to their Alma Mater for the traditional graduates’ tea party on Thursday 4^th September.

In addition to allowing students the opportunity to meet for a final get-together before they go their separate ways to college, their academic achievements were honoured with the presentation of medals to those who attained As in Higher Level subjects.

The students were welcomed by Headmaster Cyril Drury, Deputy Principal Valerie Meagher and the teachers who had taught them during their years at the school.

The Leaving Certificate class of 2014 achieved an excellent set of results.  Siofra Herr obtained an outstanding  7 A1s at Higher Level.  We wish Siofra well as she commences her medical studies in Trinity College Dublin.
